Cancellation & Refund Policy
At ‘Trae Cakes Bakery, each order is prepared with care and often customized just for you. Because of this, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Custom & Pre-Order Items
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Orders canceled 5 days or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery date may receive a refund excluding the deposit. (If you have paid full price on the website, you will receive a refund excluding the deposit.)
Orders canceled within 5 days of pickup/delivery are non-refundable.
Same-Day & Short-Notice Orders
Orders placed for same-day or next-day pickup are non-refundable and non-cancelable once payment is made.
No Shows
Orders not picked up at the agreed time without prior communication will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
Order Changes
Minor changes may be accommodated if requested at least 5–7 days in advance, depending on availability.
Significant changes may result in additional charges.
Refunds: Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, taste preferences, or last-minute event changes.
If an issue arises due to an error on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right.
